How can I exchange a product
The return of the product must be resent to the address of the store, Rua Batista Lopes 8, 8000-225 Faro, Portugal.
The product must be in excellent condition and with the tags intact. We only assume the costs of reshipment in case of product defect, or incorrect shipment, and we are not responsible for lost shipping.
What is the exchange term
The products sent can only be exchanged for a period of 48 hours after the date of shipment.
If the item does not meet your expectations, we accept to receive your return, within a maximum period of 48 hours after its dispatch. Returned products will be refunded for the amount equal to the amount paid and using the same method used for payment.
The cost of returning the items will be borne by the customer.
